By “atomization”, I mean “the progressive dissolution of traditional social structures—such as extended families, local communities, and voluntary associations—into discrete, self-reliant individuals, resulting in diminished interpersonal ties and heightened personal isolation within modern societies.”**

By “civilizational virtue” I mean collective virtues, i.e. stable dispositions to choose good, that build and sustain a just society oriented toward the common good.  These include but are not limited to solidarity, justice, and responsibility. 

The system in which we live is pushing us to become secular, atomized, rootless, childless, mobile and compliant consumers and wage earners.  At the root of the system is an ideological liberalism that presents an exaggerated individualism and deems anything that constrains the human will as tyranny.  In this view, customs, tradition, religion, marriage, children, geographical roots, borders, and even chromosomes are tyrannical.

Resisters to this system, then, are those that get married, have children, grow deep roots in their communities, become active participants in their local economies.  The most effective resisters will center their lives on the person of Jesus Christ, enter the Church He founded and live in accordance with His teachings under the guidance of that Church.
